I don't know how but I made the right phone call to the right person and he helped me. It took 8-9 months to get and for a little while I didn't think it was going to show. I am indebted to the man for making it happen. I have an email into the retailer I purchased it from and with his permission I will give out his info. I offered to come to his shop and cut his lawn with scissors or clean his warehouse floor with MY toothbrush.

Yes it does. You can actually have the rear sight, the holosight and the front post all co-witness.

All RDSs co-witness or have optional risers that allow full or 1/3 co-witness.
