A while back I seen one of the suppliers selling an AR combo in 223 and 9mm

For the life of me I can’t remember the supplier.
It wasn’t anything fancy. I think it was a dominion arms combo.

Anyways my range only allows pistol round this will be my first AR so I thought it was a nice option to enter the AR world.

Thanks in advance.
Rick.

honestly, if you can only shoot pistol calibers, get a dedicated / purpose built pistol caliber carbine: sig mpx, the new raven, QC10, wilson, angstadt arms, etc.

Better to go with Pistol Cal like JR, Scorp, Sub2000 etc etc. (Lockhart got a pretty cool one coming up so you might wanna wait and see) 9mm AR will pretty much require you to replace the buffer and add magwell adaptor which pretty much render your AR dedicated 9mm until you remove all these to revert it back to 223/556 AR (not rocket surgery but still). You will need to pay more for all these parts + mags and it all adds up. My JR uses Glock mags and I already have a Glock. I ran a 2Gun last year with both and just 10 Glock mags on me.

My brother in law has a JR I can used anytime. I have beretta Cx4 storm. Uses the same mags as my FS. I’ve also thought about a Kriss vector too.
My range has been talking about building a rifle range... for as long as I’ve been a member.... over 15 years now. lol

Someone has alerted me to the supplier who I was looking for. It’s a nice lil package for 1200.
Thankful for your help.

Buy a dedicated 9mm AR if you only shoot at a range anyway and don't care if it's restricted. My 9mm AR is a lot of fun and is so reliable and accurate it's almost silly. I've gone over 1000 rounds without cleaning it and it never had a single failure. When I go to the range it's the one rifle I always make sure I take with me.

I've owned a couple Kriss Vectors, an HK USC, a Kel-Tek sub2000, and shot a few of the other PCC's and sold all of them and kept the 9mm AR.
If you want non restricted buy a Kriss Vector, they are in my opinion the best PCC we can buy, the others are nowhere near the quality of the Vector.

The Vector and the AR are much better rifles than the other options.
I haven't shot a Sig MPX yet but I have handled a couple of them and they appear to be high quality and I'm sure they wouldn't disappoint but the magazines are ridiculously expensive.

Just my opinion but it comes from actual hands on experience with the rifles and not from a guy who has only owned the one he says is best.
