AR Front sight adjustment tool

I am looking for a front sight adjustment tool for the AR front post sight. I've tried to steal one from the military, but they haven't sent some our way yet. I've browsed some dealers, but I don't know if I'm using the proper name or if I'm just not looking in the right spot. I'm told they're easy to find....

Can't you just use a cartridge? Use the tip of the bullet to press down on the plunger (perfect fit) and turn post in either direction. Now ya know
