This is interesting, a dedicated lower that takes Glock mags. I don't know much about the company that will be producing them, but I'd like to see the finished product. Almost makes me want to buy another Glock, almost.

Proutfoo, does it work well? I have heard that some slight modifications to the bolt are necessary to work with the Lone Wolf lower. Can you confirm this? What modification is required? Thanks in advance!

I will check what mods were done exactly since I didn't assemble ;) I believe it had to do with the bottom of the bolt, shaving off just a tad.

the only thing that bugs me about my 9mm AR is the lack of a bolt hold-open on the last round. other than that it works flawlessly.

I have an original Olympic Arms Glock lower that Questar imported a few years ago, it's nice to run 10 round Glock mags through it, but man was this thing a POS (Olympic, never again).

The Olympic version uses their 9mm patterned upper, these seem to use Colt & RRA patterns from what information I gather on Questar's site.

Was the mag well cut just for glock mags? Do you have any pics?:)

The lower is specifically cut for Glock mags (angle and size). The bottom of the bolt needed to be machined a little on the sides, so it could clear the Glock mag lips.

The gun runs great. I've shot it before, and it has what used to be my 7" RRA 9mm upper. I kind of regret getting rid of it.... :p
