I saw on here a while ago people talking about buying an AR lower to simply have an AR registered to them. While I do not plan to own an AR for a while, I would like to get my hands on one to show my support. I do have a couple of questions, how much do you pay for a lower to simply have the thing registered to you. If you have stripped lower does it need to be double locked? And finally, if anyone in the Sudbury area has one they would sell me it would be apreciated.
