AR pistols = 10 rd mags

...The plot thickens. Mark has now informed me the guy at the RCMP who is reviewing the mag capacity says we may get caught up in the fact that the 9mm UZI magazine is specifically named as a 5 round magazine. Both the 9mm and .223 mag capacities are still up in the air at this point.

The origional act (C-17) had a catch all phrase that limited the UZI, MAC and other SMG's to 5 rounds only. The Uzi Pistol was caught in that net and limited to 5 round mags.
