Looks like over the winter I may attempt an AR build. Big Maybe at the moment.
I do have a restricted license just not currently a member of a gun club (Anyone know of any inexpensive clubs to join in the T.O area?) so I know I can't take it anywhere yet.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but from what I have read, the reciever is the only part considered a firearm. I could buy all the other parts and wait until I am a member of a gun club then purchase the reciever and finish the build.
Am I thinking correctly or have I heard wrong?
