Looking for something under 500 or around that much.

Saw the bushnell ar 2-7 but they are almost 1lb.

What do you guys recommend? I would love 2-7× or 1-6. I got a aimpoint but want something worth a magnification on her.

Was checking out a strike eagle and crossfire. Does leupold have any good ones?

Thanks

I have a 1.25-4x32 Leupold and I find it very hard to see where I hit at 100 meters and my eyes are perfect. This past weekend I was shooting at targets 75 meters away and I had no idea if I was hitting them or not as they were paper, not steel. (I ended up missing 8 of 10 targets) If I had to do it again, I would get more then x4 magnification. Probably up to 6 or 7 for those 100 meter shots.

I'm in the same boat...

I'm kinda looking at something Vortex with a little more throw (4-12), get the burris mount with picatinnys on top and then add a razor/viper/venom
I've got the strikefire2 with a 3x behind it on my m&p15 but the eye-relief is a little short (been a couple times I've made contact with it lol)

If the link doesn't work just search CMR on Wolverine website.

I have two of these, great glass, great reticle, zero-stop, can pick red or green illum (one or the other, they don't do both) and fit your price range.
When I was shopping for optics these were by far the best bang for the buck. And great warranty. I had to have one replaced because I broke the seal while shooting modified prone with a JP competition brake (lots of concussion blast coming back and raining dirt after each shot) and Wolverine didn't even ask for a receipt, just sent me a new one once they received my old one.
I have one with the 223 reticle and one with the AK reticle for my 300BLK AR.

Skip the Bushnell, not even close in quality to the others in my opinion.
