Hi guys,
Went to the range today and replaced my vortex strikefire for a vism scope..... Bought a vortex co- witness quick release mount, and set it all up.....
My question, to get the ideal eye relief I find I am twisting the rifle and my fathead...... Can you get a "gizmo" to drop the stock by even an inch...... A little more would be better?

Buffer tube allows the bolt carrier to move back into the stock. This means that you cannot go any lower then the tube.
 
Bugger, thanks guys...... Might be simpler to go back to the vortex, shame though...... Or maybe "cheek lipo"

What mount are you using for the scope?
You are going to need high mount rings or get a mount like the Burris pepr. You can get them on eBay for $90, but I think there is one in the ee
