Not much worthwhile, unless you want to build in an MDI or ATRS Non-Restricted receiver set.
The Mossberg 715T might be what you're looking for. Note the emphasis: it is an AR-style 22.
The 715T has much of the appearance of an AR, but does not have the action/design of the AR platform. It is actually based on the Mossberg 702 Plinkster, with plastic furniture that makes it resemble an AR in appearance.
Anything that functions like an AR in its design and action is going to be restricted, a "variant" of the AR platform. The 715T just looks like an AR.
