Just go to princess auto or Canadian Tire for the hammer and punches.
As for the armourers wrench you only need it for the castle nut on a lower build but most retailers who sell AR's should have one or be able to get you one. In a pinch a hammer and punch will do the job if you don't mind a mushing one of the notches on your castle nut.
Where do you live? Probably someone around you that can lend you the wrench if you don't plan to build more AR's and don't really need to own one. Not very often you'll need to remove the buffer tube once it's built and depending on which forend you go with you may not need it for the barrel nut either.
