AR Upper Importation

Are these folks able to do a AR upper?
Specifically a LWRC, with a 14.5" permanently attached flashider to satisfy the DOS > 16" barrel length requirement?

Flash Suppressors are a no-no. Can't get them out of the USA. Its their rules for export, not Canadian rules for import

Ok what about having the flashider removed by your FFL holder in the US?
If he is able to do that?

Have the seller remove the flashider if possible as we don't have a gunsmith on site at our FFL.
