I have bought an Ar complete upper from a fellow CGN and it came disassembled. It is my understanding that you need a special wrench for tightening the barrel nut and I was woundering where I could get one? I was also woundering about a torque spec on the nut and what about head spacing. Is this going to need to be set or are they set from factory? Thank you
In order to put a barrel on you will need a vise and an action block to hold the upper in place. You do need an armourers wrench and these can usually be found in the EE. As for the tightness, must be snugged up three times to 80 ft pounds. Check out this link:
