AR10 Barrel question

I'd like to build an AR10 SBR.
Is there such a thing as an A1 style barrel with a front sight blade?

"front sight blade" what you really means is "front sight block", any barrel can be drilled and tapped for a front sight gas block.

Now the big question is "is there a difference between the AR15 and AR10 front sight gas block?" since the sight post can be raised and lowered I am going to guess there is no difference between the two.

I'd like to build an AR10 SBR...

The Dutch made a couple of dozen AR10 carbines back in 1958 and 1959. Including the flash-hider the barrel exceeds the US (NFA) SBR limit by 1/4 inch. This gun is out of control when shot full auto, so says my friend who has one.
