Do you mean the forend?

If so it's made by Badger Ordnance. Howver you may be out of luck. The Brownells website lists it as "Dropped by Factory".

About any other handguard in existence is better than that...

I'd highly recommend a DD, Larue or KAC unit before that Anchor
