AR15 -AR10 parts question.

Does anyone know if ar15 quad rails will fit on an ar10?

Barrel nut on an AR10 is larger. I just modified a Badger ordinance free float platform from AR 10 to AR 15 this week.

Like Dogzilla said, the barrel nut for the Ar10 are abit larger, if you have access to milling, make it a project...

It's easier to go from AR10 to AR15 than the other way around

What about an AR15 stock. Will it fit an AR10? That is, can you put a Magpul UBR on lets say, ....... a new LMT .308 MWS?

You require a different receiver extension,Magpul makes just such a best for the UBR. With a standard ar15 collapsible stock (VLTOR,CTR,etc) you still need the "Entry receiver extension" due to the length of the bolt carrier. Both Magpul and Noveske market these.

a rail mount will fit. the carbine barrel mounts won't. the shortest handguard for the AR10 is actually a mid-length in AR15 size. no barrel notch.

if anybody has an ideal (custom barrel etc) on how to mount that plz pm . i have the carbine model m203 and was thinking of how sick it would be to have an AR10/m203.
