AR15 charging handle,s

What the going price for a good quality ar15 charging handle now days, not an ambi or extended latch, just a good mil spec charging handle.
I just stepped on the one that came with the norinco, and i bent it, has anyone done that to a good quality unit, how did it take it?
Do you think if it was 7075 V 6061 it would not have bent?
Im sure some of you CF guys must have done that one time or another.
Before someone calls me a dumb ass for stepping on the charging handle, i know i know

$33 for an LMT, but it's back order right now. Not sure if you can get better cheaper

$20 bucks new (dpms, sog, high standard, double star). Anything more than that you might as well buy a new BCM Gunfighter for $54 bucks.
