What's the best available precision shooting trigger for an AR15? Geiselle seems unobtainable. States is all sold out. RRA has there two stage trigger. Sounds like from old posts there might have been a quality problem (in the past?). What else is available? Chip Mcormick? Timney?

The Timney is easy to get and it is very nice and smooth, easy to install too.

Jewell is a terrific trigger - two stage, each stage adjustable.

Downside: expensive, installation not easy (but I successfully installed mine - if you get one, PM me).

The Geiselle trigger is available at Arms East ( a contributing dealer, click on the tab above), Walter is great and still may have some stock.

Many messages and no answers about the Geisseles and availability.

Just keep calling, he's an active shooter and shoots alot of matches. I also think he's a one man operation, so if he hunts, fishes or is on vacation it can be hard to reach him. What time are you calling at, Newfoundland is a different time zone. His product and service is well worth the wait. You can also send him a PM from CGN . Just go to dealer forums. I think his name is dangertree

Arm's East is currently out of Geiselle triggers, but is trying to get some in from my understanding of his answer on a previous thread about AR parts in Canada.

What makes the Geiselle so much a favorite? I heard it has a faster lock time. Is that significant on AR's?

They can be had in a couple of flavours; DMR or Service Rifle. They are fully adjustible, hardy and come with all components for the installation.

I can't say whether Geiselle's triggers do or don't have improved lock time over their competition, but shorter lock time is significant on any firearm where precision is wanted or required.
