AR15 front sight in the way of Vortex Spitfire 3x

If I put a Vortex Spitfire 3x on a standard flat top 16" AR with a standard fixed front sight, would the front sight be in the way and cause issues looking through the sight?

No. It will not effect it at all. Look at the C-7 or C-8. They are the same.

Thanks for the offer. I already have the scope from a Tavor I just sold. Just wanted a heads up on if it would be an issue prior to the AR I have en route.

You might see a faint shadow of the front sight if you look for it, but it will not affect your FOV. Like SSG69 said, the front sight is on the CAF C-7 & C-8 rifles and they have ELCANs mounted, with no problem of the fixed front sight obstructing the scope picture.
