We have not had any transfers reversed yet, we were in the process of finishing transfers Thursday evening when the site went "down for maintenance". We have about 6 restricted firearms sold on Thursday that did not get
entered in time before they pulled the plug on us.

I would think on a legal basis, for any transactions that happened before the new rules came into force, those transfers should be accepted and approved by the CFC. That's a fight I'm willing to take on. Enough is enough.
All of our transactions are time dated on our system, plus the credit card processing transaction, so there is no doubt about them being legitimate legal transactions.

The CFC website was back on line @1:30 PM Friday afternoon. Late Friday afternoon we received a couple of approved transfers for pistols.
 
Thank you guys for being transparent and supportive. I recently purchased some magpul bits and an eotech from you guys, would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Thanks for not giving up on us, I ordered an ar lower from you guys before the SHTF. It's with the CFO of my province for final approval as of Friday morning before the announcement. Rolling the dice but I'm hoping it gets approved
 
The AB/CFO as of yesterday had been given no direction as to how to proceed ,which is why I asked. Acting smug and condescending doesn't make you superior. It makes you an [0]. You are blocked.

The AB CFO knows damn well that these are prohibited now, because when they try to register them, they come up as prohibited.
 
Guys,

From a business point of view, this is what I understand

Applications entered into the system prior to May 1st will proceed.

Applications not entered into the system prior to May 1st due to the system being down will proceed
with supporting documents proving the transaction was made prior to May 1st supplied by the dealer.

For our customers who purchased an AR that we did not get in before the plug was pulled, we have already
supplied those supporting documents to the required authority to get the process underway.
