Hi There,

I am thinking of competing in the US under service rifle class and was wondering who in Canada would carry National Match parts or US companies that would ship to Canada. The parts that I am looking for NM float tube, NM hand guards and 1/4 X 1/4 NM complete rear sight.

I have contacted a couple of companies in the States, Northern Competition and White Oak Armament and they do not ship to Canada as they do not have export permits to ship to Canada, that is what they told me.

All the help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Creedmore sports? They send me e-mails all the time, so I would think/hope that they'd be ok with sending to Kanada.

I know that Brownells ships to canada, and they carry a lot of AR parts. Hope this helps!

Look for Rock River Arms as they make in my opinion the best NM rifle on the market today.

I got myself a free float NM tube and hand guards set from Brownell's. I am just waiting to hear back from Compass Lake Engineering for a sight. I am going to give them a call tomorrow. I think I am going to use a Krieger AR15 DCM barrel from Adam Lake Barrels.

Thanks to all for the help.

Brownell's also sells all kinds of sights. You may have to fill out some paper work if the sight is over 100 bucks.

I just ordered that free float tube from Brownells.

I happen to have one of those. Picked it up from Questar last year. Extremely accurate and reliable rifle. This photo is from a week long tac rifle course I did this past summer. Put close to a thousand rounds through it during the course, not a single malfunction even with all the rain, mud and abuse it took. It's been through every ORA SR match this past year without a hitch.

The operator could use some improvement though.;)

It doesn't look like it, but the barrel is actually free floating. It's heavier than usual, close to 10 pounds not including the optics so you need to be ready for the extra weight during positional shooting. All I've done to it is clean it. For well under 2k, it's a great deal.
