AR15 newbie question

After installing all these extra's im wondering if my scope is sitting too high on the handle , as Ive seen ones lower i think....
The scope is a NCSTAR 3-9X42 P4 Sniper with built in carry handle mount ,
there is one exact to this but a picatinny rail mount + carry handle rail ...Would this version come down lower?

Also wondering if this is a good configuration , as i want to setup good
habbits starting to shoot this rifle....

you have a flattop so you go ZERO reason to let the carry handle on. Just get rid of it and mount the scope to the reciver.

Yep. Either shoot the irons or dump the carry handle. You won't be able to shoot too well with the optic that high.

+1 remove the carry handle and re-mount that optic.

Definitely mount the optic straight to the flat top receiver.
