AR15 rack grade accuracy

I'm really starting to like the MR223, very happy with it. They are pricey though.
Good Barrel, good bullets, good trigger, 80% of the rest is the shooter.

Outstanding shooting Rich.

Do you find that the Ruag 63 grain is especially accurate in your MR223? I have some 75 grain Hornady that is very accurate in my MR223 but it is expensive and hard to come by. European ammunition avoids all the ITAR impediments.

Yes, the Ruag 63 gr. is very accurate in the MR223. Just as good as in the Swiss Arms and I have a 1 in 10 barrel on the Swiss Arms. Some of Beltfeds 68 gr. handloads shot very good or better than the Ruag though.

I find the Ruag shoots really well at 300 and 500. At 100 and 200 it seems no different than regular American Eagle 55gr or PMC 55gr. I think the Ruag is still stabalizing before 300 meters.

Optic is Spector DR 4x mode. Shot off the mag at Homestead Range near Calgary. Wind was pretty good that day, a few gusts.

500 yards or 500 meters

I need to know. I can barely spot my car at 500 whatevers ... much less hit it with my AR on a mildly-breezy day.

But it is a small car.
