AR15 Slabside Colt Sporter

Hi all,

Want to put build second upper in 300blkout for a colt sporter match hbar.

I have never tried a different upper on this gun, can I use a standard upper or do I need to get a fancy offset pin for the front hinge?

Anything else that is different on the colt versus everyone else?

You need to measure the diameter of the front pin. Standard pin size is .250" Some Colts had a larger pin .315"

If you have the non-standard Colt, there's a conversion pin available.
