AR15 upper receivers? Where?

So there seems to be a few people/business' selling good cheap lower receivers. Why is there no one selling cheap uppere receiver(stripped)?
I need one a nd can not find it. I have had success with ordering a few things from brownells with the right paperwork, would a stripped upper receiver be legal to bring in? Not looking for responses on the brownells option unless you have tried and failed or succeeded please.

fab sports arms east and questar seem to be your best bet.

I've had a hard time finding a non m4 feed ramp upper for a reasonable price. I finally found an m4 feed ramp upper on the ee, I'll just modify my barrel extension to work with it.

I am pretty sure that ATRS had a couple options when I was in there this week. I know they had side cockers.

We always have milspec upper receivers in stock and competitively priced. I imagine lots of CDN companies do. Surprised to hear they would be hard to find.

Wolverine has Daniel Defense A4 upper recievers, They are $145 and they have the D&D logo on the side, it would go good with a D&D rail, which they have aswell...

It's not that uppers are hard to find it's the low price. I see that lowers are ussually from 199 to 149 thats a big difference. uppers are all usually in the same range give or take 10bucks.
