AR15's in x39 appear to have bolt issues, as seen here:

Perhaps one of these bolts may be the solution?
The LMT x39 bolt was was well regarded in the past, and now seems to available again as of Jan 2015:

I'm not sure what material the L7R3B 7.62 X 39 Enhanced Bolt Assembly is made from.
I haven't heard much about this Liberty Gun Works x39 bolt, but it may have potential:

Liberty Gun Works Inc. brings you our Improved 7.62x39mm AR-15 bolt assembly. Machined out of aircraft grade stainless steel, then dense micro-chrome plated (the same plating technologies used on satellite systems).
Bolt comes fully assembled with ejector, improved extractor, black extractor insert, Viton MIL-Spec fluoroelastomer o-ring, and USGI gas rings installed.
This bolt is designed to function in 7.62x39 ar-15/m-4/m-16 type rifles, and will function with standard carriers, cam pins, and standard firing pins.
This bolt has the strength to fire all types of 7.62x39mm ammo (steel included) without bolt lug breakage.
Test bolts continually surpass 10,000 rounds of steel cased Russian ammo.
Made in USA!
The Windham Weaponry x39 bolt is made from 158 Carpenter steel. Hopefully we'll hear how these hold up with high x39 round counts in the near future.
