AR180B still non-restricted???

That only happens if you clean yours...;)

We Toronto guys have to stick together.......give me a shout if you want to compare the AR-180B and the SU-16 side-by-side.....:yingyang:

you have an AR180B and SU16? which one you think is better? since they are the same caliber rifles?

another self admitted dirty gun user! :p

Naw my buddy has one too. The damn stock cant stay on it though. Always loose.

That's the weird thing about these rifles - they feel like they "rattle" !

That said (and despite the naysaying of an RO [who really ought to have known better] ) the scope-mount on mine is solid  , and the "rig" as it is currently configured can easily shoot toonie-sized groups with AE 55-grain "white box" ammo....

The SU-16's are definitely less expensive and more available these days....:yingyang:...they group "well enough", and are ridiculously light and easy to carry, and are actually a joy to clean (it definitely gets cleaned more often than my AR-180B ! :D ).

The AR-180B has great balance, and takes the same mags that the SU-16 will. It's got more "heft" (though mine's got a quad-rail on it, so maybe I'm biased there), and to me has more "AR-feel" to it. As others have mentioned, you do have to be careful in taking it down to clean.

THe offer to shoot both still stands, though !
