So does Brunswick Steel in Winnipeg, they'll cut any size you like. I got 3/4" stuff for our range.

I'm looking for a 12" diameter plate (round or square, but prefer square), 3/8" or 1/2" thick, AR500. Can anybody tell me what you usually pay for something like that? If anybody has any for sale in those dimensions, please let me know your asking price.

^^^

I bought 3 round 1/2" AR500 targets from MattMoser recently.
As mentioned, a great guy to deal with, plus he's a real gun nut.
A bonus is that he lives north of the border, so shipping, duties, etc. are nowhere close to importing something from the US.
Besides, he prices his targets very, very reasonably for us CGN's.
Matt showed me his own 1/2" AR500 targets which he has shot .338LM and .50BMG at..........hardly a mark is left.
I highly recommend contacting him if you want some good steel to shoot at.

I shipped a 10" round flat top 1/2" AR500 to Alberta yesterday to a fello gun nut for $22 bucks

I m trying to figure out a flat rate for each target shipped in Canada

So far I looks like it may happen.

I have found that the thinner and larger surface area of your target the better you can hear the impact. I have been using 3/8" AR500 with my 338LM with great success, not one dent and I have shot it from 300m. I don't really want to try 200m and risk ruining it though.

Matt Moser is the man for AR500

Moser Industries:D:D

Here is one of his 12" targets all painted up and ready for the range:D

The smaller is an older one from LE targets in the US.
