ARAK uppers and rifles are they available here?

Do they have/need a FRT? CTCS can't sell firearms... Yet! So just uppers if they're kosher.

AR15 lower, shouldn't need an FRT
interested in the 7.62x39 upper only, with 12.5 barrel and no markings - shouldn't need any FRTs for an upper...

They have an importer, they're building a Canadian specific rifle, and I believe the sample is with the RCMP.
Faxon makes some nice stuff, ive visited their factory for the "other" bigger BOOM stuff the make, very clean, very structured and disciplined shop, lots of tech.
Serious contender and they have my complete confidence if they ever build a rifle specific for the Canadian matket.

with 7.62x39, i and many others just want the 12.5 upper which will always be restricted. not sure how or why it makes sense to hold bringing the uppers in (plentiful in the states at this point) waiting for a complete rifle with iffy market (think xcd for non res).

It would get its own frt as a new manufacturer but the lower wouldn't need a new inspection.

Why?(judging from info on their website...)
Their upper doesn't make use of a lower's buffer(recoil and movement is contained in the upper), so they removed their lower's ability to utilized a buffer spring "The ARAK-21 lower does not feature a buffer retaining pin"
