so finally for an occasion i got my rangefinder. i got the chuck adams rangefinder, and i dont think i can be happier with anything else. its lightning fast, really clear, measuring tape accuracy and consistancy. i didnt notice any problrms with the snow being thick, and they even thought to use a magnet insted of hook and loop on the carry case. it was a great gift.
