Archangel Kit Questions

Hey guys, I recently put on the Nomad (Marauder?) kit on my 10/22. I love it but I am having a few issues which raises some questions:

1. Mine didn't come with receiver screws (it was used) so I left them out. Any problems with that? I haven't had any so far but I figured I would ask

2. I have the body gap between the two parts of the kits...any way to fix this? I think I will modify the bottom half but I haven't tore it apart yet to see where it contacts.

3. The mags... they cause stovepipes. I tried my other mags and they work good so it is the mags not the kit that is causing the problems. From my understanding the only way mags can cause stovepipes is when they drag on the bolt, slowing it down, leading to not proper ejection. Any one else had this problem? Did you try fixing it? I was thinking of filing down the top of the lips a little bit

I had to remove some material from the upper to get a snug fit, and a little bit from the lower. Test fit & test again. I ended up chasing a non-existent contact point with the dremel grinder. There's a thread on here somewhere with pics of what I removed. That beings said, not having the 4 x small screws *might* prevent the upper for making a really snug, gap-less fit.

I only use my mag for photos, it never comes to the range. Junk.
