Archangel Marauder 10/22 help

I just purchased and assembled the kit and I have had no luck with the magazine. It won't even load a single round in the chamber. It just jams the round and ruins it. The angle isn't nearly high enough compared to the stock ruger mag or the butler creek mags that I have. Anyone else had problems like this? Is this covered under some sort of warranty? Not exactly impressed with this kit so far...
