Two questions
One:do tapcomags mags fit standard stocks without some work? I was interested in trying it before moving to the new stock, I couldn't get the mag to clip unlike the standard one

Two: I got the trigger assembly out, mag out, I cannot get the damn receiver and barrel out of the old stock. I can tilt it up but can't push the action forward. And out of the stock. How do you get the darned thing out? Your video is way too quick and easy compared to mine......

The Tapco & other detachable mags fit right in the stock, sometimes we have to file the top front corners of the mags to get them to lock in. I just hold the gun & give the stock a smack to get it off, works even when they are tight!
 
Got my old stock off and got the gas tube pin out reasonably easily
Had someone hold it on the ground on top of some bubble wrap to protect finish on wooden handguard
Small punch and hammer and it was out
New one fits in a lot easier, had to peen it a bit so it stayed in well
Just have to drop it in the stock tomorrow after cleaning the cosmolean off the metal parts
I figured out the cheek riser and length adjustment but what is the button at the very bottom you pull out, it says it is a lever tab?
Mine doesn't do anything....

That is the lock to remove the buttstock.
 
Spent a few minutes filing the gas tube pins smooth so it would fit back in
Put the barreled actionninto stock, a bit off Centre but should work
How the heck do you get the knockout block out to out the spring in?
I tried pushing the pins in, pulling it out, etc.
Documentation on paper definitely lacking

lol make sure it is going in the right way.... Itried for ten minutes before the light clicked... it looks like it could fit one way and would but then the light goes on and you look at the picture of it and realize how its supposed to go in lol.
