KRG Bravo is a better value proposition.
Better quality, a lot more support from the manufacturer for accessories. You can really "dress it up" if you want to, KRG knocked it out of the park with that chassis. Accessories such as bag riders, NV bridges, adjustable tool-less but pad, weight kits, spigot mounts, RRS/ARCA rails, pic rails, etc. are all available (and more). Ergo's are excellent. It punches way above it's weight class.
The Archangel is a cheap looking JAE knock-off. I personally wouldn't spend extra money to buy a rifle with an Archangel chassis. If it's a smoking deal, you can always buy the rifle, see if you like the chassis, and if not then hawk it.
If it was me, and I wanted a Bergara, I would buy a Bergara and put it in a KRG Bravo. If it's a rifle on the CGN EE, it's probably overpriced anyways
