Are Aguila mini slugs available in Canada?

I hadn't heard of those before, they look pretty neat though. What would be the point of them over say a regular sized slug? Sorry I can't offer any info as to if they are available or not.

Well as I see it. They are advantageous as a low recoil training round. As well I am sure the fact they are a 1 3/4" 7/8oz at 1250 fps. Will raise a few eyebrows.

Wow thats pretty impressive considering the size. Plus I guess you could ram an extra couple rounds in the tube with them being such short rounds.

Anyone actually have any experience with these things? I saw them mentioned in an older thread where someone cited feed problems for a pump-action gun, but that was all heresay.

I've read tons of posts by people saying they won't cycle in their guns. Pump, semi, there are few guns they work in. They're a malfunction waiting to happen.

I guess doubles and single shots, yes. I did see a mention that someone with a Winchester 1300 said they work great in his gun.

I'd love to try some of them...why aren't they for sale here?

Is there any way to get the NRCan monkey off our backs???

I tried some in a SxS, they work fine but were very dirty. I really had to clean my barrels out afterwards, I don't know what they put in them but I ended up giving my remaining shells away.

I've tried to cycle them through both a Mossberg 590 and a Rem 870 with only limited success (ie a good number hung up). They're very low recoil and nice to shoot though, would be a great option for training new shooters on non pump/semi shotguns.
