Are AK sidemounts covered by ITAR?

If this isn't the right place, sorry about that.
But I wanted to ask a question about AK platform side mounts.
Are AK side mounts such as the CSA VZ58 Sidemount, Midwest Industries 47/74 side mount or the RS Regulate AK-303M AKR 1913 ITAR restricted? I wanted to use them after getting a SIGMACO siderail for my T81.
I'm particularly interested in the CSA VZ58 mount and Midwest Industries 47/74 mount, but can't find any online for sale in Canada. Brownells has a pretty good deal but it's being shipped in from the US.
Am I going to get in trouble due to ITAR? I've read online that it shouldn't be a problem, but I am unable to definitively prove they're not covered by ITAR.
Just to be clear, I'm just looking for the rails themselves. I do not mean any of the mounts that have optics on them like the PSO1. I just mean the mounts themselves that attach to the side rail.
Also, if you have any suggestions on where to procure the mounts i mentioned, or any other mount that will work with the SIGMACO side rail that are this side of the border, I'm all ears.

i will depend on how they have declared and some with just rails have been classified under itar. it was done to avoid isil/isis fighters to get those tools.

If Brownells shows it as shippable to Canada ('available outside USA' filter) you don't need to worry about ITAR, they have the export license. Order it from them. It will sit at CBSA in Mississauga for 3 weeks to 3 months but you will get it.

Midwest does not ship to Canada ITAR or not.

Brownells does ship to Canada on most items, just be prepared for Canada Customs to take their sweet ass time clearing it.

If you luck out with them, your easiest course of action would be to order one from Irunguns.com and pay the $25 import fee

It can get complicated, Sa vz58 Pi mounts would be ITAR while Cz858 and CSA vz58 mounts are commerce department.
 
Just an update on this.
I ended up buying the Midwest AK-47/74 Mount (which is just entitled "AK-47/74 Scope Mount" on Brownells) and the purchase went through with no problem (It did fall under the "Available Outside the USA" filter that Paul_T stated previously).
There was a page to include additional export documents, but a transaction code (a little message I got after buying the rail) stated that this was unnecessary. Of course, I was charged in USD and with the current conversion rate the mount ended up costing me just north of 200 canuck bucks when all was said and done.
What IS strange is the website states that I have 2 separate orders (each with its own order number) for the mount I bought. Both of them are currently marked as "In Process", list the exact same mount but one of them is missing my billing address.
I looked at the statement for the credit card I used and I have only been charged once for the rail. So I'm unsure what that is about, my hypothesis is it is some sort of import process quirk but that is a total shot in the dark.
If anyone has done the same thing I have and has experience with this process, please let me know. It would be much appreciated.
 
Okay, secondary update after getting off of the phone with Brownells.
The very polite woman explained to be that one of those order numbers is an order confirmation number. The other order number is the invoice number. And my invoice received through my email corroborated this fact.
As it listed a "Web Confirmation Number" and a "Customer Order Number" both of which were different from each other but matched the order numbers in the order history.
This seems to be their method of keeping track of online orders. And it is completely separate from import processes.
Why do they do this? I am unsure, the woman politely told me that it was out of her paygrade.
So for future reference, if you order from Brownells and see 2 separate orders when you only ordered one thing, do not be alarmed.

the final outcome will be with cbsa.
 
In the past, before the commerce department transition, Brownells was skilled and experienced in dealing with the ITAR exports. Generally if they would ship it and the only way the customer would get in trouble with the ITAR would be if they re-exported the item or sold the controlled item to someone who re-exports it. They also have a good handle on CBSA's requirements so if they do not require an import certificate you are generally just looking at long waits for inspection by CBSA.
