Don't forget the Ruger mini 14. Non-restricted, and if you so insist, you can fit it up to look like a AR.

The newer minis are more accurate, despite being bad-mouthed by the TAC-fiends.

None in Canada yet, but Bushmaster is shipping civi ACR's now. It might be a while, but they will be here

I think it is the upper that is serial-ed though, so no more easy barrel swaps, for those that like that. -oops: tool-less barrel swap. -change barrel, bolt face, and lower (if different mags are needed) to swap calibers.
