Are "breaching" rounds legal in Canada?

Here is an interesting site dealing with breaching rounds:

He has also covered lots of other shotgun loads like rock salt and dimes (yes, dimes).

IIRC, TSE sells 12 gauge breaching rounds.

In regard to flechettes, they are covered under Former Prohibited Weapons Order, No. 10. I would not want to be in posession of them.

"Any cartridge that is capable of being discharged from a shotgun and that contains projectiles known as "fléchettes" or any similar projectiles."

I think he meant having fléchettes on there own, NOT in a shell. Then they would be legal, but good luck getting them, since you could load them in a shell they would not like it.

I ment on their own as well legal or not i would what them to be found even if it was for a show and tell or instructive purposes and also have shotgun hand loading equipment because you know what they are going to say they are going to say you have intent

not trying to be a know-it-all just giving people points to consider

I was watching a "Lenny McGill" shotgun video the other evening. He demonstrated a rubber bullet and a bean bag. They both went completely through a standard hollow wooden door but both bounced off a 1/2" sheet of plywood. The rubber jobbie did penetrate about half way through the plywood before bouncing though. If you ever had to shoot a person with one of these and wanted to be sure not to kill em, best aim for the arse.
