Are CCI Mini Mags worth the price?

Yup, way better quality resulting in better grouping. Mini-mags are one of few 22lr that seems to work well in all my pistols and rifles. You do get what you pay for.

I've found the bulk 375 packs of CCI "AR Tactical" to be as good as the mini mags in my 10/22, if not a bit waxy. I think it was $23 for the box.

They are definitely worth it... IF your gun likes them... I shoot mini-mag solids in three or four of my semi's and the mini-mag HP's in most of my lever guns... but the levers also eat left-overs from our bolt gun accuracy testing.

Yes, they are worth it. The most accurate hunting (HP) .22 ammo out there. Good enough to be used for both hunting and target practicing.

I bought a SR22 and it would not cycle properly until I bought CCI stingers. Now it is a tack driver the gun works perfectly and the groups of 5 at 100 yards are always touching. The old saying you get what you pay for and at 75-80 bucks a brick are worth it in my eyes.

They work excellent in my 22semi Pistols. I dont get stove pipes or FTF. Winchester 555 bulk works horrible in my han guns.

Mini-Mag solids are the best overall ammo in our semi pistols... they cycle perfectly, are accurate and they shoot clean.

I found that the minimags are 100% reliable in my Colt 1911 .22 while some other ammo causes occasional problems, so I just use the minimags now, but anything copper coated will prevent most of the failures.

Yup ... 40g Solid CCI Mini Mags hands down over all in my ruger semi, and savage bolt guns .... as well as my daughters Hotshot :p

Thanks Canadian Tire for the $5.00 off scratch and win coupon. Mini Mag 40g RN Reg $7.99 for 100
So .0299 per round for CCI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haven't tried them in my BTVS or SU-22, can't wait!

Mini mags work. Period. I shoot about 25% CCI MM, 25% CCI SV, and 50% bulk for high volume plinking. can't beat the mini mag, I am just too cheap to run them exclusively. Local @8.99/100 from LGS to CT, all the same. It hurts to see others paying south of $6/box. Bastids!

mini-mags are magical. when you have a handful just before loading a magazine, each round looks and feels like a jewel in your hands. a semi-precious stone that klinks against its brethren and catches the light in much the same way as an emerald might...
