Are deer tags transferable?

I can't make it up for my annual deer hunt week and I drew an anterless doe tag. Can I give the tag to some one in my camp or not? I can't find my regs book for Ontario. Thanks for the help.

In order to use your tag in a "party" hunt situation you would have to be at the camp or in the gang when the animal is shot.
No you can't use it if your not there!
That's a big No No!

As I understand it, moose tags yes, if you jump through the hoops, deer tags no.
You should arrange to visit the guys so they can at least use your tag while you are there.

Moose tags are transferable to the pre selected licensee!
Have done it a few times & it's really quick & easy to do
