Are Farrell Rail/Bases the same spacing as a normal Picatinny Rail (EGW)?

I have been searching the internet and this site without luck. I read a post, likely from a internet superhero, that said the cross slots on a farrell base are a different spacing then a regular 1913 picatinny rail such as one produced by EGW "Evolution Gun Works"

The reason for my question is because I will be using one scope to switch between two rifles, one has a 20moa EGW rail and the other has a farrell rail that I just ordered. I would like to use Leupold QRW rings to switch between rails/rifles.

If somebody could tune me in it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Evan

I would suggest calling Ken yourself and asking him. That's really the only way to get the straight goods. I'd measure mine but it's in storage right now. Ken is great to deal with and will take the time to answer your questions.

i did shoot them an email, failing that I'll give them a call. A fellow nutter pm'd me with his expierience that farrells and EGW rails are compatable. I;ll let everyone know when it arrives.

Yes, mine is. I use a Farrell on my Savage 10PC, a Smith Enterprises on my M1A and a Mountain Tactical on my Tikka T3 using the same scope and they all line up. The only one that gave my any trouble was the MT on my Tikka. It seems that there spacing are a bit tighter and I had to open one of the rails 1/10 to make my system work.
