Are m-305's getting scarce?

I talked to the very nice girl at marstar yesterday, they are still waiting for these rifles to ship.... I will be calling them once a week (she said that was O.K. :D ) but she doesn't expect them for at least 2 to 3 weeks and that is a "maybe" as well. I'm gonna buy one from cgn and 3 from marstar hehehe:D

I got tired of waiting as well and bought one off here. I will still buy a new one when they come in though. I guess this is where that expression "slow boat from China" came from?

i imagine the hold up is probably at the canadian port of entry. it wouldn't be a delay that is caused by the actual transport from china to here. Those ships get here in days, I know, I unload em all the time :D , but containers can sit in the port's yard for a long time before customs even gets to them. i'm sure a container loaded with civillian M14's are not high on thier must get processed list hehehe

I wonder if we should start an "attention marstar thread" and get all the folks here who are wanting a new m305 to get on the thread, and approach Marstar with a "please reserve" list or something like a group buy but without asking for a deal. It is already such a great price hehehe That would ensure that no one misses the boat so to speak :D

The info I got from Marstar last week (I was there in person to buy a slightly used m14 with scope and mount, only 5 shells thru it) was that the container from Norinco was still about 2 mths away.
