Are my expectations unreasonable? Re: Swiss Arms service

Never worked retail, sorry.

Right, that apparently costs $250f:P:2:
Show us some proof to that effect or we'll just chalk it up to you talking out your a$$.

I'd love to...but Swiss Arms doesn't like answering questions about product availability without directing you to the importer...so getting them to reveal their true cost ain't gonna happen and for good reason!

$37, dude , are you serious? You are definitely being unreasonable.
Warranty is Warranty man.

I just dropped $324 on my Swiss Arms
I hit the 5k round mark last month. It's after 5k rounds that Swiss Arms recommends extractor replacement. I also tore my dust lips doing something stupid and had them replaced as well, the dust lips were actually more expensive than the extractor, but the rifle in question is 5 years old.

Machines break they need parts on them replaced. It's like getting a new muffler for your car, or an oil change. It sux but it is what it is.

Pay the $37 and be grateful it's so damn cheap:D

Swiss Arms' warranty is kind of lame. For the price I'd expect a lot better.

h ttp://www.swissarms.ch/index.php?id=255&L=1

10. WARRANTY, LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
10.1 Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty period is 12 (twelve) months, in case
of multiple shift use 6 (six) months. It begins when the deliveries leave the factory.
If despatch is delayed due to reasons for which the supplier is not responsible, the
warranty period ends 12 (twelve) or 6 (six) months at the latest after notification of the
goods been ready for despatch. In the case of installation parts, the warranty period
starts once the installation part is completely installed.

If it were one of those, I wouldn't mind because that sort of wear and tear is to be expected. I just don't think the tritium insert should have fallen out, lol.
