Are non-toxic primers available?

Is there a place in Canada to find non-toxic primers for close range indoor shooting rubber bullets powder free
PMC has or had this product, as well as fiocchi.
For this use the price or reliability is secondary, the important thing is not to worsen a blood lead under surveillance.

Do modern, typical non-toxic primers still have a relatively short shelf life? Or is that no longer the case or just a rumor from way back?

I read somewhere that the US military is going to unleaded primers in the near future.
I think Winchester makes unleaded primers.

Thanks for the suggestions, I sent an email to Westernmetal to buy small and large pistol primers as soon as they are available,regardless of the manufacturer.
