hi everyone,i have a zev pistol and lucky me mine is the last number on the recall,i contacted zev and they sent me the replacement part no problem,but its over a year since and still nothing is it possible its stuck at the border,its a trigger part not a frame or complete pistol,i just want to know if anybody got some trigger parts from the usa since the banned of turdeau,thanks.
are pistols parts from the us coming in canada

To be legal, the export must be done by a registered exporter and the export must be reported (at least). In some cases, an export permit may be required; if an export permit is required, an International Import Certificate and/or an import permit may be required, along with other documents. If the exporter is not a registered exporter, or if the export is not declared, that would pose a problem. if the exporter is a registered exporter, and the exporter complied with all applicable export requirements, and the package was shipped, and the package has not been lost or stolen, you can expect that CBP/CBSA will eventually release it for delivery.
Are you certain that it was shipped? Are you certain that it is in the custody of CBP/CBSA?
If Zev "...sent the replacement part, no problem..." then Zev should have the tracking number. Do you have the tracking number?
