Are pretty much all of the SKSs coming in from the rNc reworks?

Recently got a SKS and pretty much everything on it has the parkerized finish and rNc logo on it. It looks to me like they are all new parts? The barrel has a great recent crowning (still shiney) and it fits together way tighter than any of my friends SKSs. It has all the standard rework markings, and is an Izzy, but has a Tula stock.

I cant find the link right now, but I wonder if it was one of RNCs rejects from the Hunter rifle that they are making.

Does anyone think there is a chance of getting blued ones again?

That just the import mark, pretty much every sks coming in is a refurb. They are not new manufacture, just refurbed. They aren't allowed to export military rifles so they laser etch them as a "hunting rifle", it's surplus.
