Are the Valmet M78 worth the money?

oh yes ak that shoots 308 without missing a beat and goes up in value and every one how seas it says holy #### is that legal you say ya. priceless

So .308 can be had reasonably, but 7.62x39... forget it. Those are hens teeth, and expect to pay hens teeth prices.

The owner of the one I'm aware of - new, in box, complete has turned down $6000 cash for his.
 
When I win the lotto there is a .223 Hunter/M76 conversion I will pry out of the owner's hands one way or another. I have lusted after that rifle for a long time.
