Are their any SKS accurization Methods out there a person should know?

yes the triger pull is quite long and heavy.

Had to cheat and creep it back almost to breaking to make any good shots.

i will take some time to improve that for sure.

My previous comment aside...

The big wins for squeezing a bit tighter group out of the SKS are:

a) shimming/bedding the action. I took an inch off my group size by doing this - I used waxed paper folded and ironed out and then worked in while it was still warm and pliable.
b) trigger job : Haven't done this myself, yet, but the trigger on the SKS is... Russian. There are a few different methods of taking out the creep and lightening it a bit. This won't change the inherent accuracy of the rifle, but it will improve the practical accuracy. Fighting against a heavy/creepy trigger is not conducive to good groups. I learned the hard way that if I'm going through a few different rifles in a day at the range, not to do things like go from a K31 to an SKS... After shooting a K31, you really notice how bad the trigger is on an SKS, and your groups will open up a lot. At least that's true for me.

But, if you're already getting 2-3" groups with an SKS, that's actually quite good. If you start messing around with shimming and bedding the action, you might end up actually making things worse.

Accuracy for SKS :
I Would
1 - Trigger job.
2 - reloading development for an accurate ammunition.
3 - bedding job on a 2nd stock like a chinese " JUNGLE " fiberglass stock, so you keep the original stock intact.
4 - Ejection mod IF your reloding brass gets beaten

I hate to bubba a military rifle... SO... Get better ammunition by handloading, bed the action (the wax paper idea is cheap and fairly effective), get a set of TechSights to have a longer sight radius and a more effective peep sight... Or mount an telescope using the removable magwedge rail... 2" at 100m is not bad as the 7.62x39 is really a 300m maximum accurate range cartridge...

Likely i wont reload for this gun.
I do reload for others but @ like i said above 1440 Rounds for 200$ (14 cents per shot) which i just purchased so i have a-lot of shooting to do ,its not worth it really lol.
Doubtful i could reload for this cartridge for less than even 40 cents per shot.

That said trigger mod sounds like a plan.

Bedding i will look into it see if its worth doing after the trigger mod.

I think also i will need to buy some different ammo and see how they all shoot until i know whats best for this sks.

I'm not having any expectations here just so were straight on that . I just figured id ask and see if i can squeeze another inch out of those groups for plinking targets , I will not ever hunt with it i have better rifles for that purpose.

I intend to start shooting this regularly for fun on weekends so why not see what i can do with it.

Two or 3 inches at 100 with what sounds like milsurp bulk generic ammo is good. The SKS carbine was never made to be accurate. It was made to be issued to illiterate conscripts who could be taught to use is as fast as possible with as little training as possible. (So was the AK.) If you want better than that you'll have to use better ammo than you 14 cent per shot stuff. You will have to try a box of as many brands as you can to find the ammo your carbine shoots best. And there will be no guarantee the 14 cent stuff isn't it.
A scope does not and will not make a rifle that doesn't shoot well already, shoot any better. Really not much point in doing anything else if you're not planning on changing the barrel too.
