Are there any ASP 9 pistols in Canada?

I always thought that the ASP 9 pistol of the 1960's was brilliantly ahead of its time.

Cool looking pistol! Considering only 450 were ever built I doubt one would be in Canada. The barrel length is only 3.25 so it would be prohib here.

I know there was at least one back in 1992 or so... I had *JUST* got my FAC, and they had one down at (I THINK) Castle Arms. I drooled over it for months, but it was big money and I was 19... Every time I got close to saving enough I'd blow my stack on some shenanigans. I wound up settling for a used CZ75 (still have it).

I always kick myself, as it was COOL, and I would have had my 12.6.

Oh well...
