Are there any badass semi-auto non-restricted rifles?

Just want to hear your suggestion on possible long distance semi's. A couple grand would be good. Not wanting to spend a S##t tonn.

Semi-auto and precision don't really mix in my opinion.

A Ruger Mini14 Target comes to mind. That’s about it. Mine didn't shoot very well.

The American High power championship has been won many times with a tuned M14 or M1 Garand. They can be made to shoot much better than most autoloaders.
